What this site stores about you
Nothing. nuansacraft.com is a set of HTML pages that were finished before you opened them. There are no input fields, no sign-up button, and nothing sent back to us while you read.
The site also writes no cookies, loads no analytics script, and pulls no fonts, icons, or images from third-party services. Every asset is served from the same domain.
What gets logged technically
The site is served through a static hosting provider. Like every web server, that provider logs incoming requests — IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser type — for security and for recovering from outages. We do not use those logs to profile visitors and we do not sell them to anyone.
Server status and the data shown on these pages
The online player count, the staff list, and the rules list come from our server when the page is built or when the status widget loads. Only usernames and aggregate numbers are shown. No email address, IP address, or purchase history of any player has ever appeared on this site.
Player data inside the game
If you play on the server, the game server stores what it needs to run the game:
- Your Minecraft username and account UUID
- Inventory contents, location, homes, and rank progress
- Chat and command history, used when acting on reports
- The IP address you connect from, used to enforce bans and prevent duplicate accounts
This data is used to run the server and handle reports. It is not sold, not traded, and not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Purchases and accounts
Buying Stars and Legend ranks, and player login, all happen on store.nuansacraft.com — not on this page. Order and payment data is handled there, together with the payment provider. The policy covering transactions lives on the store site.
Visitor age
This server is open to everyone and some of its players are under 18. We ask for no personal data at all on this site. If you are under 18 and want to buy something on the store, get permission from a parent or guardian first.
Deleting your data
You may ask for your game data to be deleted. Be aware of what that means: rank progress, balance, homes, and in-game items go with it, and that cannot be undone. Punishment records are not deleted, because without them a ban cannot be enforced.
Asking questions or making a request
Report in game chat with the /helpop command, or through Discord. Everyone who looks after the server is listed on the staff page.
Policy changes
If this policy changes, the "Updated" date above changes with it. Changes that matter get announced on Discord.
