What you agree to
These terms apply when you join the server at play.nuansacraft.com or open this site. If there is any part you do not agree with, do not join.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for everything done from your account, including when someone else uses it.
- You may not sell, rent, or trade your account or its contents to another player.
- Access to the server is permission, not property. That permission can be withdrawn if you break the rules.
- Making a new account to dodge a punishment is a separate offence in itself.
Playing by the rules
The full rules and their punishments live on the rules page, and those rules are part of these terms. Penalties escalate step by step along the ladder on that page. Serious offences can jump straight to the highest penalty without climbing it.
Items, progress, and the world
- Ranks come up on their own from time played, at no cost. The only things sold in the store are Stars and the Legend rank.
- Items, balance, and progress exist only inside this server and have no monetary value outside it.
- Returning items or rolling the world back is at the staff’s discretion and is not promised for every case. If your build gets griefed, do not repair it yet — a rollback works by time range, so your repairs get wiped along with the damage.
- A world reset or a feature reset can happen if it is needed. If it does, it gets announced on Discord first.
Buying Stars and the Legend rank
All purchases happen on store.nuansacraft.com, not on this page. The terms that apply:
- What you buy is a licence to use features inside the server — not a physical good and not ownership.
- Stars and Legend cannot be converted back into money.
- Completed purchases are not refunded, except when the Stars or the rank never arrived because of a fault on our side. For that case, report to staff with proof of payment.
- An account banned permanently loses access to everything it bought, with no refund.
- What a Star package or Legend includes can change. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases that are already complete.
- If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before buying.
Legend is not staff
Legend is a paid rank with no moderation authority whatsoever. Legend cannot kick, ban, mute, restore items, or ask for special treatment from staff.
Staff authority
Staff may warn, mute, kick, jail, and ban along the penalty ladder; confiscate items obtained by cheating or by abusing a bug; and perform rollbacks. Staff decisions can be appealed on Discord. Everyone who looks after the server is listed on the staff page.
Server availability
The server can go down, restart, or lag without notice. We promise no particular uptime and give no compensation for time the server is unreachable, including for players who hold the Legend rank.
Content you make
Builds, book text, and chat messages you make inside the server may be shown on the site, on Discord, and on the server’s social media, with your username credited. If you would rather your build was not shown, tell the staff.
Relationship with Mojang and Microsoft
NuansaCraft is an independent community server. It is not affiliated with Mojang Studio or Microsoft, and it is neither endorsed nor sponsored by either. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studio.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The "Updated" date above marks the latest version, and changes that matter get announced on Discord. Continuing to play after the announcement means you accept the new version.
